Joanna is originally from Lodz in Poland and moved to England in 2006 after completing a Master of Culture degree in film studies, specialising in music videos.
She brings a creative eye, a practical brain and a useful lack of tolerance for overcomplicated nonsense. This is a very underrated combination in digital marketing.
You will usually deal with Joanna for social media, finance and the practical details that help keep projects moving properly.
We tend to work best with business owners who are already good at what they do, but know their website could be working harder.

Abisti Web Design was established by Gerard Evans in 1999, back when the internet still felt like a wild frontier and most businesses were only just starting to realise how important a website could become.
In 2008, Abisti Web Design became part of Branson Bond Ltd, the company Gerard runs with Joanna. Since then, we have continued to help businesses improve their websites, strengthen their visibility and communicate more clearly online.
Today, we still build and improve websites, but the work has moved on. Search has changed, AI has changed how people find information, and business owners need websites that are clearer, more useful and easier for both people and search tools to understand.
We are based in Lewes, East Sussex, but work with clients across the UK and beyond. The important bit is this: wherever you are, you still get the personal touch. You will deal with Gerard, Joanna, or both of us.
